What is Chrysalis
Chrysalis is a movement in Jesus Christ. Its about Youth and adults working together to change the world.

During a Chrysalis weekend you will experience three days of singing, learning, laughing, worshiping, reflecting, praying and participating in small groups. Discussions center around fifteen talks given by youth and adults and clergy. These talks present the theme of God’s grace, how that grace comes alive in the Christian community and how it is expressed in the world. You’ll also discover how grace is real in your life, how you live a life of grace, and how you bring that grace to others.
Why Chrysalis
Youth who attend a Chrysalis Flight experience the love of Jesus Christ in a new way. Everyone's experience is different, but through the building up and establishment of our youth, in Christ, we hope they increase their depth of knowledge about Jesus and His teachings, grow their faith, and share the Good News with others.
One of our great memory scriptures comes from Romans 12:2, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect" (ESV). What you may not know is that the Greek word for "transformation" relates to a metamorphosis; a complete change from the inside out. And that is precisely the Chrysalis experience. In the same manner that the caterpillar transforms into the beautiful butterfly, so too can God's children experience a great spiritual transformation.
